Delete Walk2Cash Account & Data

Use this page to permanently delete your Walk2Cash account and the personal data we hold about you.
In-App Deletion (Recommended & Fastest): You can easily delete your data directly within the app. Open the app, go to the Profile / Me section, tap on Settings, and select Delete Account.

Data that will be deleted

  • Profile (nickname, avatar, device ID, contact info)
  • Step counts and health analytics
  • Coin balance, task records, achievements
  • Leaderboard entries

Data we are required to retain (anonymized)

  • Withdrawal transaction records — kept for tax/compliance, with personal identifiers removed
  • Feedback content you submitted — retained anonymously as a product signal
⚠ Deletion is final and cannot be undone after the 7-day grace period. We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive an SMS or email when it is complete.
We will use this contact to notify you when the deletion is complete.
